Why is the first clean billed by the hour?
The first visit is a top-to-bottom reset, so we bill it at $142 per team hour. Your quote shows the typical range for your home. After that, every recurring visit is a set price: our promise to keep your home at the standard of that first clean.
Are fridge and oven cleaning included?
We clean inside the fridge and oven during your first clean when you ask. Because the first clean is billed by the hour, there's no separate charge, just the time it takes. If you'd like your fridge or oven done every visit, just let us know.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers give us a key or code. Tell us what works for you when we call to confirm.
